Sponsor the Dream
It has been Riders Unlimited's goal to purchase our own facility for all program operations. This goal was set by the Board of Directors during strategic planning in 2008. We are now celebrating our 15th year of operations and have the opportunity to make this dream a reality. We have purchased a facility that will give Riders Unlimited a permanent base of operations. A place we can finally call HOME. As of 9/15/11, we have raised $55,900.
Having our own facility will help us:
•
improve and grow our Equine Assisted Activities and Therapies program;
•expand the Able-Bodied program;
•be more accessible to the Sandusky Veterans Home to begin the VET program;
•meet ADA specifications and NARHA accreditation standards;
•potentially begin new programs through driving, vaulting, and hippotherapy;
•provide us with greater community outreach opportunities through school and vocational training
programs, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts, and 4H/FFA;
•give us greater independence;
•and provide us with stability for the future.

Sponsorships can be from individuals, families, organizations, companies, and groups. They can also be purchased in honor or in memory of someone. All sponsors will be recognized in our newsletter and on this website. We will also host a special “Sponsors Reception” to be held at the facility where you will receive a tour of the farm, meet our horses, and watch a demonstration of our riders abilities.
